Joy Hoover, founder of ESŌES Cosmetics, is one of the three keynote speakers this year at Luxe Pack New York—and she will moderate the conference discussion, "Human Centered Design: The Future of Packaging."

It takes place on May 11th, 1 pm – 1:45 pm. Hoover will discuss the upcoming shift in buying power—and the future of packaging as it relates to "human-centered design."

Hoover will explain what motivates Millennials and GenZ’s brand loyalty. "Together we will look at what’s working and what’s not, as we build a future of success + impact for our brands, consumers, and communities," Hoover says.
